Area51 skatepark

Eindhoven can boast a lot of skaters and an active skatescene, yet there used to be hardly any facilities for these skaters, untill the realisation of area 51 skatepark. After a massive relocation project, Area51 skatepark is now open again to the public. The so called MU bowl, which was one of the main the focal points of area 51 skatepark, has been reconstructed in its original form. Recently the MU-bowl has also received an official olympic award. A brandnew streetcourse, miniramp, bowl and spine have also been built using the ideas and feedback users posted on their website.
Official opening on friday, 22nd of September.
